Estimated maintenance fees:
For the maintenance fee there are an estimated a monthly fee of 120 US$ per apartment, which includes the following: purified water for domestic use, cleaning for common areas, landscaping, pest control in common areas, swimming pool maintenance, elevator maintenance, electricity for common areas, security service, beach club membership and shuttle bus service. The installation for the gas meter is not included, and its cost is around 150 US$.
This project is built by phases. At the present time the 1st and 2nd phases of the 5 phases to be developed are being commercialized.
